Raveena: "I feel like I've been hit by a ton of bricks. What happened?" Gabe: "Well, you were hit by a ton of bricks."

Deaver: "I'll steal some aspirin for you." Chase [walking in]: "Oh, we can do better than that."

Raveena: "I should have asked for express shipping on E-bay."

Deaver: "Nonsense. Duct tape is great."

Chase: "This just really isn't your night."

Raveena: "I've been slimed!"

Chase: "Can you get sued for malpractice if you're not a doctor yet?"

Chase is still in the freezer, thoughtfully flipping her lighter between her fingers. She's examining the thermostat on the wall.

The dust is settling, and Raveena is buried under a pile of rubble. She is out cold.

Deaver and Gabe are seated in Rowan's living room when the lady of the house comes running in, white faced. "We have a problem." Rachel frowns at her from the couch. "Oh god - what now?"

A well-manicured hand gently brushes Geoff's hair back off of his forehead. It's Nikki. She places a hand lightly on his shoulder, and his fingers flex. She takes his hand. He softly calls out, "Chase ?"

Rowan tells Deaver, Gabe, and Rachel that Raveena has been in a cave for some time, and she apparently hasn't moved in about 5 minutes solid. Deaver and Gabe offer to go get her. Rowan asks that before they do, they provide the witches with the C-4 so that they can work on their little "chemistry project", and magick the putty to ignite on contact with demon flesh. She also pulls a small globe that looks vaguely like a bath bead [not that Gabe or Deaver has any idea what a bath bead looks like], and explains to them that the substance it contains will offer them some protection against the priestesses. There are two ways to use it: they can apply it to one or possibly two of the scoobies, which will give those individuals some protection against the powers of both priestesses, or they can apply the entire bead to one of the priestesses, and offer protection to anyone that single priestess tries to affect. She gives them the bead and tells them not to break it. Gabe, Deaver and Rowan take off (Rowan will bring the C-4 back to Rachel, who isn't getting up off the couch any time soon). After collecting the C-4, Gabe and Deaver head to the tunnels to dig Raveena out.

In the hospital, an alarm goes off and is quickly interrupted. In the freezer, Chase swears softly. She's pacing the small room, trying to keep moving. What happened to the alarm? There's a scraping sound at the door, and she turns. Kevin strolls in with a wicked smile on his face. "Hey, gorgeous."

Gabe and Deaver dig Raveena out of the rubble. She's unconscious. They banter for a bit between themselves before deciding to take Raveena to the hospital.

Kevin compliments Chase on setting off the alarm, but reminds her that Strella wants her in one piece. He grabs her, and begins pushing her towards the back of the freezer, moving among the various shelves of medical frozen storage. As she passes the shelves, Chase grabs a nearby chemical tank and whacks Kevin over the head. He lets go of her arm to take a swing at her, but Chase manages to get out of the way. She then grabs the side of the shelving unit and pulls it over on top of Kevin. Glass crashes and metal echoes against the floor. He's not smirking quite so much anymore. Kevin hurls the shelving off and stands up just in time to meet another shelving unit falling his direction. No longer amused by her, he picks up the second unit and tries to hit Chase with it. She again manages to scramble out of the way, reaching for a vial of acid on a nearby shelf. Chase hurls the chemical at Kevin, burning him severely as he takes another swing at Chase. Looking frantically around, she spots a plastic container of hydrogen peroxide marked FLAMMABLE. With her trusty swiss army knife, she stabs the pressurized container and begins to douse the vampire, her eyes watering from the fumes. Still dodging Kevin's swings, Chase breaks out her lighter and torches the hydrogen peroxide. Kevin, quite on fire, is distracted. Just enough to not notice yet another shelf coming down on him Chase gets out the wooden stake that she has been carrying for weeks now. Chase kicks the shelf out of the way as Kevin tries to get up. She looks at him and casually comments, "This has been amusing and all, but I really have to go." She plunges the wooden stake deep into his chest, and the vampire nemesis is turned to dust.

Deaver and Gabe accompany Raveena as she is wheeled into a hospital room. As soon as she is settled, Deaver picks up his phone and calls Chase.

Chase quickly exits the freezer (taking a little of what's left of Kevin in a small jar), takes a deep breath, and heads for Geoff's room. Peeking in the window, he appears to be asleep. She scribbles a quick note on a scrap of paper: "Geoff: Kevin says hi bye. Love you. Chase." Just as she is about to step inside, her phone rings. Deaver tells her that they're in the hospital, and that Raveena still isn't awake. She tells him she'll head for their room as soon as she drops off a note for Geoff. She quietly opens Geoff's door. It turns out that he is in fact awake. He feels fine, he just ... can't move. He tells Chase point-blank that Strella needs to die. She explains what happened with Strella and Kevin and the freezer, and gives him the little souvenir of their vampy friend. He laughs in spite of everything, and mentions that he wishes he could give her a congratulatory hug. She settles for a kiss instead.

Raveena is finally awake. Chase joins the trio there, promising Raveena some decent painkillers to get her through the night. There is some more conversation about their plan for this evening, and they decide on the best course of action for Rowan's bath bead of super-goo. Well, they try to. As usual, they don't get very far. Or they do eventually, but it takes a while. They end up planning to put the goo on Raveena and Gabe so they are more effectively shielded against Strella and Nikki, respectively. It will only last for 2 minutes max, so they'll have to work quickly.

Raveena needs a flamethrower, so rather than waste time trying to find out with only 2 hours to go, Deaver makes a quick run around the hospital and collects the materials needed to create a makeshift one.

Meanwhile, Chase heads to the front desk to page Owen - he hasn't shown up at Geoff's room for several hours. Despite the page, he doesn't show. She goes back down to the freezer, and starts checking doors. Sure enough, she finds Owen unconscious in a closet. She revives him and gets up out, leaving him with an apology for the condition of the freezer and a request to take care of Geoff for her.

Graveyard. Dusk. The foursome walks in with absolute confidence and takes out the vamps, which are shocked at how quickly they are moving.

The gang moves quickly through the crypt, the tunnel. They pause halfway down and take aim with their silenced guns. They hear the scrabbling, and the hellhounds round the corner. Everyone fires, everyone hits. One very dead dog. Deaver and Raveena dispatch the other quickly. They approach the exit, about to face the end of the dream and the unknown final confrontation.

There is chanting in Latin. It slows to a close. Gabe and Raveena join hands, gently holding the bead of gel between them. Nikki's voice calls out "Do not squeeze. I know you are there. Come out from behind the rock."

As people tend to do when Nikki gives an order, everyone obeys. The scoobies stand facing the quartet of casters. Nikki looks at Deaver sadly. "Alex, you know this is a suicide mission. Don't make me do this." Heartbroken, he tells her, "I'm sorry, Nikki." With that, Nikki throws the final ingredient in the cauldron in front of her. The ground begins to shake beneath their feet. While Nikki is distracted and talking to Deaver, Gabe blasts her with flame. Nikki grabs the hand of the witch next to her, and stops the flame in midair, shaping it into a beautiful ball in her hands. Nikki examines the fire in front of her. "I'm not afraid of it anymore. She looks over at Strella and says, "Strella - I'm sorry." With that, she pitches the flames to the ground at her own feet. She begins to catch fire. Strella screams.

There is suddenly a brillian flash of light, and everyone's thoughts are suddenly elsewhere ...

Alex, the deed to the house is in the safe. And some of my blood is in the fridge. Umm ... talk to Chase. Jade, uh, sorta needs it. I love you. I will always love you. And hopefully, I can earn the right to see you again.

Raveena, Chase needs some of Strella's blood. The more the better. Gabe is making a bubble. You need at least a thimbleful. Please save Geoff; he doesn't deserve this.

Gabe, Raveena and Chase need a way to hold blood. What can you make? Somebody has to take it from Strella and store it in liquid form.

Bright lights. A lab. Beakers litter your workstation, and supplies sit neatly in front of you. You begin to mix them ... boil the new compound ... and then reach for the special ingredient, careful because the supply is so limited. You pour from a sealed container. The blood inside will clot if it's in contact with the air for long. Mix it with the compound. Wait while it "cooks." An hour later, a syringe-full is all that's left. Still warm, you draw it into a needle and inject it into Geoff's IV. Good luck, Chase.

Strella heads for Nikki - and Nikki freezes her in her tracks. As the flames consume her, Nikki vanishes in a wisp of smoke. Raveena runs straight for Strella, and manages to get the noose around her neck. Strella yanks Raveena towards her and punches her across the face. Gabe tries to poke Strella, intent on drawing blood, but he fails. Raveena keeps her hold on the rope, and fakes a roundhouse kick. Strella falls for the ruse, and as she reaches to intercept Raveena's leg, Raveena brings her sword down on Strella's hands and severs them.

Deaver runs to place C-4 in the center of the summoning circle. The ground is shaking even harder.

Chase approaches Kyp and the fourth cloaked woman, tossing her lighter to Gabe on request on the way. "You're a little over your head here, Kyp. Why don't you take off?" She pistol-whips him across the face.

Gabe has emptied out the lighter fluid out of Chase's Zippo and grabs one of Strella's severed hands. He runs off camera.

Raveena starts dragging Strella towards the trees on the edge of the clearing, the noose firmly around her neck. Strella is fighting all the way.

Chase moves to hit Kyp again, when he starts to convulse [it looks very similar to the beginnings of the metamorphoses they witnessed in 1693]. Seeing this, she instead turns the pistol right way up and shoots. Kyp falls to the ground. She turns to the frightened witch, training the gun on her. "Get out of here." Seeing Raveena moving towards the trees, she runs to intercept her, shoving the witch towards the outcropping and telling her to GO. Raveena throws Chase the end of the rope, and Chase loops it over a branch, pulling down with her full weight.

Deaver runs back behind the outcropping. He pulls out a remote, ready to push the button. The earth begins to shake uncontrollably, and Zolor appears in the center of the clearing. Defeated, Strella finally disappears in a puff of smoke; the sudden weightlessness knocks Chase and Raveena to the ground. Deaver hits 'go' on his remote, and an explosion rips through the clearing. Zolor lets out a roar, turning towards the girls.

Gabe goes black-eyed, and hits Zolor hard with an invisible force. Zolor staggers backwards. He roars again, turning to face the new threat.

Chase takes off at a dead run for the rocky outcropping, and Raveena drops to her knee and pulls out the flamethrower attached to her back. She shoots, but doesn't get through Zolor's tough hide. Zolor takes a swipe at Raveena, and misses.

Gabe tries to blast Zolor again, to give Raveena a chance to get away. It goes awry however, and knocks out a few trees, creating a second clearing. Oops.

Deaver sets off the second explosion, which is attached to a remote-controlled airplane. Chase rounds the outcropping and pulls out her remote. The final radio car starts towards Zolor. If this one doesn't do it, they're out of C-4.

While the car is on it's way, Gabe casts one more flame spell straight at Zolor. The jet plows in to his chest and expands, until Zolor explodes in a shower of sparks and goo. Gabe slowly sinks to the floor, his nose bleeding copiously. They are all stunned for a moment. They turn to go, leaving Kyp's half-turned body and the remnants of the fight behind them.

Chase tells them that she knows how to help Geoff. The other visions are revealed. Deaver leaves for Nikki's house to retrieve her blood, and the rest head for the chemistry lab Geoff and Chase have frequented all semester.

Chase is working from "memory," ingredients lined up neatly in front of her. She starts with Nikki's blood, to work on the concoction for Jade. She doesn't get it quite right, and Deaver offers to help. The second time she pulls it off. Then it is on to the injection for Geoff. Tension is high - there's a lot less of Strella's blood available, so they can't afford any mistakes. This time though, Chase manages it perfectly the first time. Chase heads for the hospital and takes the syringe up to Geoff's room, closing the door, and lowering the blinds. She takes a deep breath, and injects the compound into the IV.

Deaver looks up at Nikki's house, with a sad expression on his face. He turns to leave.

Gabe is in his room, getting dressed. He reaches for his trench coat ... and instead, changes direction and pulls out a sweater and scarf. He heads outside.

The scoobies have collected out in the fresh, white powder - it has finally snowed in McKennit. There's champagne buried in the snow to keep it cold, and there's lots of goofing off. Geoff catches Raveena in the face with a snowball. As she's wiping the snow out of her eyes, she spies Ethan walking across campus with another girl, and sighs a little. Chase decides that Geoff is not behaving like a gentleman, and pegs him in the back of the head with a snowball. She gets tackled, which turns into that hug he owes her ...
